Vintage bucolic armchair
To celebrate little Jean's first birthday, his parents entrusted me with the task of customizing a small chair for him. I found a charming antique armchair at a flea market, which was originally designed to hold a small tray at the ends of the armrests.
To create a unique setting for this little seat, I drew inspiration from the bucolic and peaceful environment in which the family lives, as well as their pets.
On a gently striped background of navy blue, sky blue, and white, I painted their little Shetland pony, the house cat, robins that often perch on the terrace, as well as hedgehogs and yellow flowers, symbols of the surrounding nature.
